
2006 Somloi Harslevelu, Fekete
Hand harvested and matured in Hungarian oak casks for 18 months with a further 24 months reductive maturing in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Harslevelu is more feminine than other grapes in the region with a smooth texture and well balanced acidity.
This is a beautiful aged dry harslevelu with rich notes of orange peel, dried apricot, honey and spice, a nutty and waxy character, framed by volcanic minerality.
