2020 Au Fil De Narosse, Aurore Bachelet

Aurore Bachelet is a young winemaker based south of Chassagne-Montrachet in Santenay where she is making a real impression with her elegant reds. Au Fil De Narosse is a smooth and approachable Pinot Noir from Santenay with delicate raspberry and cherry.  Aged in oak barrels for 12 months then in stainless steel vats for 4 months.  This wine pairs perfectly with grilled white meats or mild cheeses.
