2006 Somloi Harslevelu, Fekete
Hand harvested and matured in Hungarian oak casks for 18 months with a further 24 months reductive maturing in stainless steel tanks before bottling. Harslevelu is more feminine than other grapes in the region with a smooth texture and well balanced acidity. Honey and floral notes with a nutty and waxy character framed by volcanic minerality.
