2021 Saint Veran, Domaine Saumaize-Michelin

Very moreish with vibrant fruit, luscious honey and citrus.  This small but highly regarded Domaine in the heart of Pouilly-Fuissé is fully biodynamic, with limited yields, manual harvesting and parcels have been vinified separately here since 1985.  From some of the finest vineyards in Mâconnais, these are beautifully vibrant, precise wines with good concentration, ripeness and a glorious minerality.
